Free Business Risk Assessment Tool

How about a free Business Risk Assessment tool? You can use it for your your business or pass it on to a business client. It is absolutely free. All you have to do is request it by clicking here

Below are some details about the tool.

This Business Risk Assessment tool will generate a Risk Assessment Report based on your response to our basic prompts and questions.

Start with the risk that is of most concern to the typical small business owner:

Risk from Breach of Non-Public Information

Click on the “Identity Theft” section of our Business Risk Assessment tool. The system will take you through an interview that lasts maybe 20 minutes. Based on your responses, a written report will identify the key risks faced by your business. Each risk will be described in plain English with suggestions for controlling the risk. The “key risk” section will be followed by a detailed analysis of your business risk – again, based on your responses to the interview.

The Identity Theft section dealing with Customer & Employee information is the most important risk assessment to most small business owners. It is also the most time consuming of the 5 interviews in our Business Risk Assessment. After completing the Identity Theft section, you will want to take time to step through the other risk analysis sections:
  1. Labor Risk – keys on wage and hour issues
  2. Facilities Risk – keys on safety and accessibility
  3. Financial Ratio Risk – suggestions on running your business by the numbers
  4. Entity Type Risk – Explains issues related to your choice to Incorporate or form an LLC

Lynda,

I think you'll find it quite beneficial for your business.  All I really need is your email address on the form you click over to.

Great tool.  I've seen similar tools online for $300 and up.  Thanks for the offer.

Great points.  Unfortunately, most likely pearls before swine, as most Realtors don't have to have more than a GED for education.  They are clueless about any real business exposure issues.

Dan, just doing what I can to give people a chance to investigate where they are.  Maybe you can take a look at the tool and pass on any comments you have about it to a few business owners you know.
