I recently started a "Point 2" website that is a wonderful lead generation tool. The ease of setting up the site was amazing, you can choose your design and upload your listings along with multiple images and virtual tours. There is also a tool to manage your leads and a drip email system to keep in contact with your prospects. At the moment they have a "free" standard site which offers almost everything an agent would need to have a site on the internet and for a very small fee, $12.95 you can register your own domain which will direct people to your Point 2 site. I highly recommend this product and I have upgraded my account to the professional package. The professional package allows you to add more photo's of your listings and they also have a "Listing Presentation' tool.
