This is crazy!!! We went through the month of March with barely any snow, and had unseasonal warm temperatures. Everyone thought Spring was here. Well as Gomer Pyle would say "surprise, surprise" we are not done with the white stuff yet.
We got a dusting of snow here in Middletown, CT real early in the morning yesterday, and then it came down heavier in the afternoon. I guess that little rodent who predicted an early Spring, was just playing a Late April Fools Joke on us.
My daffodils were coming up really nice, but now they are all bent over from the weight of the snow. I don't think the daffodils find this Late April Fools Joke very funny either.
