It goes without saying, that many areas of the Nation are suffering from a bad case of ’Thinventory’. Nashville, is no exception. Many properties in the price point for first time home buyers are few and far between and when they go on the market, multiple offers is the norm. However; this week there seems to be more optimism in the marketplace as it seems there are more properties available for the Spring selling season. Agents I have been talking to concur. I am anticipating an excellent month as I see the revenue stream generated from what earns the livelihood for the business increasing. I can only hope that the inventory levels are rising in your area of the country as well.
