Like a very important operation, keeping the real estate in Maine for sale property sale alive is of utmost importance.

Do or die critical. Pretty dang serious. But the pathway from the listing through the marketing hurdles to get the clear to close memo circulated for a real estate in Maine closing takes delicate procedures. Lots of them and many thinking on your feet. Never is it set the dials and all done. Many things move the needle. Cause it to swing wildly to one side of the other. Sometimes to peg it and break it off from just too many factors.

The longer the property sale takes, the chances of dying on the table despite the best of efforts can happen to a real estate transaction.active rain logo

If buyers or sellers are not told what to expect, they can get weak in the knees and run away. Decide this sales of real estate in Maine is getting too difficult and new problems are adding to old ones that pile up and cause a flat brain wave. The need to pull the plug and start again.

But what did we learn, why did the sale fail takes a look under the real estate microscope to find the clues. There are sales when it is relief they fail.

Because as you get to know the players, their reactions to something that should not be so emotionally charged, you can start to be glad that after the sale, the drama goes on. And court house steps from misunderstandings and lots of billable hours take over the storm that follows the buyer and seller and broker or agent long after a real estate closing.

Sometimes the home for rent tenant while the property is on the marketing looking for a permanent house owner is the problem. Good or bad things happen to help or hurt the real estate property sale.

Days on market (DOM) take their toll on whether a listing becomes a SOLD comparable to use in other market analysis to peg where it should be priced to actually sell too.

search real estateHad a seller ask how high do I have to list the place so the real estate will not sell? The kids wanted him to stick the for sale sign in the front lawn and high tail it to their out of state location and he did not want to move.

There are lots of awkward moments in real estate conversations.

And it is not just empty houses and vacant land that we deal with in a real estate day and night of matchmaking. People, all kinds, temperaments, loaded with helpfiul or not so peachy keen attitudes affect the way the real estate boat ride to the closing goes.

I try to keep everyone in the boat. To set expectations early on and to see a show of hands to check in, make sure everyone is on board. Or if something is on their chest, let's get it out on the table, into daylight and nothing swallowed to cause resentment. Or just taking the chain of events all the wrong way from what is actually happening. I list, sell Maine real estate and have learned much in thirty six years wearing a broker's pin.

The buyer and seller don't learn from the ins and outs of weaving through the maze to get through all the hurdles standing between a listing and a real estate sale.real estate paddles

You don't have to like the people involved in a real estate sale but respect for what they are doing comes from actually being helpful.

Not neglecting or bringing in an attitude that puts a dark cloud over the listing and sell process.

There is a lot of emotion to selling a real estate listing that is because of divorce, a death, financial uncertainty when jobs are lost.

Life is not for the weak of heart and how can I help is a question asked a lot in any real estate sale.

Helping buyers and sellers to keep the real estate in Maine wagon train moving is a challenge.

One of the most rewarding opportunities I find myself in living in a small Maine town. When you are ready to list and sell your Maine property, it would be a honor to be involved in your sale.
