This great full amenities building was completed in 2004 and has a door person, huge heated pool, attached parking garage and is only a couple blocks from Northwestern University and public transportation via the Metra trains and the "EL". The building offers a wide selection of one to three bedroom properties. We get calls asking about the Optima Horizons every day.
The next popular building in the group is the Optima Views located at 1720 Maple. This lovely building is right across the street from the Century 12 movie theater and one block from public transportation and also 3 blocks from Northwestern University. The Optima Views has all the features anyone would want including management on site with an attached parking garage, pool and exercise room. Park your car and access everything downtown Evanston IL has to offer on foot. Views of Lake Michigan are readily available with the Optima Views because it is 265 feet tall.
Last but not least is the Optima Towers located at 1580 Sherman which is at the corner of Sherman and Davis making it right in the middle of downtown Evanston and about four blocks from Northwestern 
University. This building has all the features of the other Optima buildings but no door person so if you do not care about that, you may be able so save a few bucks on your monthly assessment.
