I been bloggin here about Zilpy for the past 4 month, not doing it on regular basis due to a lot of other commitments. I have been pushing my zilpy team to help me out with some blogging to spread word about our service. Now that we have released our widgets, that can be customized to any city, neighborhood, state or any level you desire to get statistics, we finally decided to put our own blog on line.

I do not pay much attention to the rental market in New Orleans. I rarely do rentals as they are a lot of work with little pay. Many people never rent and just want you to take them to see the choices. Many people here lease their own apartments ect. I have a hard time finding an agent that wants to do rentals. With that said I would like the info to get a feel of that market and how it inter acts with Sales
