Waikoloa Beach Resort is a beautiful resort located on the West Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. This world famous Kohala Coast resort contains everything to make your Hawaiian experience complete. Waikoloa Beach Resort is home to the Hilton Waikoloa Village Hotel and the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort and Spa. At the time of this writing(Apr 7th), there was still just 1 single family home on the market but there are a whopping 106 condos for sale in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Since there is only one home for sale in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, the most expensive and the least expensive home on the market is the same one. It is listed at $4,595,000, after a recent price reduction of $400,000 and is located on Kolea Kai Circle, in the Kolea subdivision. In the condo market, the highest price condo currently available is listed at $2,799,500 and is Unit #4C in the Kolea Condo Villas, which is also part of the Kolea subdivision. While at the other end of the spectrum, the lowest priced condo currently on the market is listed at $300,000 and is Unit #208 in the Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort.

In the 1st Quarter of 2016, there was, once again, no single family homes sold in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, but in this time frame between January and March, there were 12 condos sold, down from 18 units sold in a busy Q4 of 2015. The most expensive of these condos sold was Unit 4E in Kolea Condo Villas at the sale price of $1,895,000, from a list price of $2,300,000. While the condo with the lowest sales price went for $325,000, from a list price of $350,000. It was Unit 318 located in the Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort.
