Desert Ridge March 2016 market stats

Single Family Detached Homes
Sale: 19
Average Price Per foot: $191.17
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 98%
Average sale price: $478,184

Median sale price: $424,000
Average Days on market: 75

Condos and Townhomes:
Total sales : 12
Average Price Per foot: $202.58
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 97%
Average sale price: $332,400
Median sale price: $320,000
Average Days on market:93

Price per foot is up and average and median sale prices are down. Average and mean are reliant on the mix of sales and aren't as good of an indicator as price per foot.
