86 homes were sold on the first quarter of 2016 (01/01/2016-03/31/2016) The Minimum Listing Price was $350,000, Selling Price $350,000, with 1 bedrooms, 1 bath, 753 square feet house, 5,000 sq ft lot, and 1 day on the market
Maximum Listing Price $1,598,000, Selling Price $1,550,000 with 8 bedrooms, 5 baths, 5,208 sq ft home, 94,638 sq ft lot, and 214 days on the market.
Average Listing Price $592.706, Selling Price $590,278 with 3 bedrooms, 2.41 baths, 1,929 sq ft home, 10,972 sq ft lot and 54 days on market.
In January 30 homes were sold compared to 23 in February.
25 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K, 30 in the 500K to 600K, and 13 on the 600K to 700K.range.
From all the sales 2 homes were on probate,3 bank owned homes and two of them on auction, 6 homes on foreclosure process with a notice of default, 5 on short sale and the rest were standard sales.
MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATES
Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it's at 3.8750% and the Fha is at 3.750%. Minimum down payment for conventional is 5% while for FHA is 3.5%. The loan for veterans aka VA requires no down payment and has no private mortgage insurance.

Only 10 units were sold during this quarter, with an average listing price of $381,658, selling price of $375.040, with 3 bedrooms, 2.10 bath, 1,338 sq feet and 75 days on market.
2 condos and townhomes were sold in January compared to 4 in February
