Antipasto Appetizer on a Stick! Salami Lollipops!

 

Ingredients:

Sliced thin Sopressata Salami

Arugula leaves

Cream cheese

Long thin breadsticks

Take a slice of salami and swipe a layer of cream cheese (or any spreadable cheese) take bread stick and a couple pieces of the arugula and role it up on the bread stick.  Make sure you have the arugula leaves peaking through the top of lollipop.   Love these!

Patrice they are cute!  I love them.  My family was surprised when I made them.  They are definately different.
