Rule of Thumb: Less is Best or is it?

These homeowners are avid fans of HGTV. Heck with 87 million viewers who isn't a fan of HGTV? They knew the property was going up for sale and they knew a stager was coming to over to take a look. They decided to prepare it just like they were told to do by the shows and agents. Get rid of all the clutter. Yes, clutter is not good for selling a house, but naked is cold and uninviting too. Make sure you set the right stage for your property and hire a professional stager to strike the right balance.

Wow, is that your work? That is awesome. I wish I knew how to do that. lol

I think some of these home sellers get to caught up with the declutter and depersonalizing that they total wipe out any personality. Your work looks great.

They took depersonalization and decluttering to the extreme. You did a wonderful job of adding back warmth and vitality to this house.
