The Delta area means anything in the 81416 zip code...so this report includes those properties in town and out of town.
There have been some change since last month's report.
There are nine homes on the market. The prices start at $112,000 and go up to $533,500. - The average listed price is $249,594. The median listed price is $189,250.
- Three of the properties are under contract.
- One five bedroom home sold for $138,000 in the last month. This is a manufactured home in the Delta city limits.
- Four of the homes are in town.
- Five of the homes sit on at least an acre.
- House sizes start at 1667 square feet and go up to 4049 feet.
