The low inventory trend continues for the Cedar Hill area, with available homes below that of the prior two years:

   

 

 

New construction homes had a slight increase in their available inventory from 2014 and 2015:  

 

 

 And although the median price fluctuates month to month, it is exciting to see that the median home price
continues to rise for the Cedar Hill Real Estate market overall:

Other than our luxury priced homes ($1m and up) the inventory is practically non-existent for buyers.
