Today at an Open House, I met some really nice people moving to DC from Texas. I was in a pretty modest house priced in the 8's, and they were picking themselves up off the floor from sticker shock! they are moving here to take care of the husband's mom,. and they may decide to move her to Texas and set her up in your listing!

Ok, let me know what I can do to help. It is over 1800 square feet and built in 1998. The sellers are neat. It is certainly 'like new'. The sun room over looks a huge back yard with mature trees. The shed in the back yard has a foundation and electric. They are using it for a shop but also a playhouse for the children. I was impressed with how clean everything looks, even the garage.

I will pay a referral!!!
