All Realtors are not created equal

There are many reasons to choose your representative. Friendship, relationship, neighbor are not the best of these reasons.

  • Experience - We come from a business background. Owning and operating a million dollar per year retail market taught us the importance of serving the public and earning repeat business.

  • Knowledge - Our continued education over a twenty year career in order to best serve our clients. Learning, growing, changing to make sure our clients are best served.

  • Professional - Our clients are the most knowledgeable because we share what we know with them. Their best interest is our only driving force.

  • Communication - The biggest negative reviews are based upon lack of communication.  Call, text and send an email to your potential Realtor, see how quickly they respond.  Do you get the famous, "we answer calls from 10 - 11 and 4 - 5 and are off on Thursdays and Weekends"? We answer and are reachable 24/7

  • History - Our real estate career began in 1996 at the end of the recession of 1990. Home prices had dropped thirty five percent and real estate had been devastated by int 1994 Northridge earthquake. We had just sold our market in Sylmar, Ca. and began our new career. Survival depending on being the best at what we do.

  • Reviews - We have hundreds of past clients willing to share their experience with us. You can google us. We have many reviews available online.

  • Commitment - Our commitments in life include soldier in the US Army, retail market owner for 20 years, a 20 year real estate career and our marriage of 39 years. Our commitment to our clients is second to none.

  • Dedication - We only care about the best interest of our clients. A Seller is giving honest information on market value, our expectation for the future and our opinion on whether this is the right time to list their home for sale. A Buyer has the benefit our local knowledge. They know what we know. They are looking for a great home but have the benefit of having our eye looking towards future investment. An Investor has the benefit of knowing that we own investment properties as well. We share our knowledge, experience, pitfalls and benefits. Honesty is the best policy.

  • Resources - We refer clients to whatever they need regarding real estate, the community and life in general. We have many local resources including Attorney, CPA, School Ratings, School Districts, Handyman (Handy-person), Painter, Carpet, Property Management, Escrow, Title, Home Inspector, Termite Inspector. We don't know everything but will go far out of our way to help our past clients and earn new clients.

I totally agree those are not reason to choose an agent, but I also don't believe they are reasons to NOT choose an agent either.
