Chad,

Does that count on the 3 for 2 promo? Call me when you have a minute?

Thanks

Chad,

I got these warm calls. Most are "Luke Warm" at best. You said to send them all a certified email piece and I guess that is probably a good idea. The hot ones were pretty good. The cold ones I guess were pretty cold. I think it is good enough to move forward on some of the other stuff we talked about off line. I will call early next month as I am on vacation for the rest of the week. Tahoe here I come.

I was previewing your website and I was curious if you guys have done reverse mortgage camapigns in Connecticut? I would like to get more into this market and have ben told I would be wasting my time. The home values are quite high but I have reason to believe people still need the cash. There are several families that have 2nd mortgages and home equity lines of credit in Connecticut. Reverse only seems the next logivcal progression.

Perry,

We run reverse campaigns across the USA. I would say there really isn't much difference from state to state other than the home values. If someone, older than 62, needs the cash and it is tied up in their home then their chocies are limited. I would always try a smaller campaign or lease for a month first just to get a test and some data. You can always call too. 847-656-3589 9am-5pm CST.

Thanks,

I got Rathje too....OMG...isn't thatlike 10 hours free????

Chad also the data in Vegas is pretty good is ths coming from counties or what? this is not the other stuff...I guess that is why you jacked me on the price.....all good I guess it is wort it....Stevie

Stevie, is that all you do id hangout on blogs and chat rooms...go to bed dude..just kidding..Chad hit me the specialty data story too...I was going to do it but had a couple deals fall through....looks like I am the next on the foeclosure list

Mombo #5,

Hey,

Bro I know you too. When I am going through the drive thru don't act like you don't know me....I want the extra cheese and the supersize.....don't spit in my burger.....heeheeeheeeheehee

04/30/2008 12:25 AM by Stevie V.

Stevie,

Yes the data comes from county accessors offices across the USA. It sonds better when the reps can call an dsay, "The reason we are calling is about your West Bank Home loan. We know you are at about 7.5 now and I think we can probably get you a better rate inside a fixed loan. Are you interested in lowering the payment on the loan?"

Much more compelling because it raises the reps credibilty in short order.

04/30/2008 10:18 AM by Chad

I agree but what is the cost difference? you said it was about 25% more. I guess on the gold package we are looking at around $2k is that right?

05/01/2008 10:06 AM by Stevie V.

Stevie that is correct. If you want to run the 3 for 2 promo like you did before I would discount the 3rd one for free...I am not sure how much data we have though because you are entitled to up to 15,000 names...I myself like the data but I am a little suspicious of it. It seems with all the refi that has happened in the last few years has back logged the county accessors across the US. The updated stuff is hot I will agree. I am just not sure how much of it is available..Go ahead and shoot me some specifics on geography and demographics and I can have a count run for you....

I see there is alot of movement on google between the good press about you guys and the bad...Looks like cyber grafitti...We had te same issue a few years ago. It is clever but about as stupid as spam in a way. In the end it is about stewardship and follow through.

05/03/2008 06:42 PM by Terry H.

Terry you are smart. There are a handful of companies that use what I call "sinkers" in forums and chatrooms. The idea basically type in any company's name on Google as if you were searching for info about them. What these guys do is go in and click on the bogus forum discussions that portray only negative comments. Most of these are other vendors trying to get listings, sell data, leads or something similar. But it is the same old thing time and again. How much they are making by inadvertently steering people through their seemingly random reference process, but I suspect it is alot...The guys that are taging you is probably 1-2 competitors. Unfortunately, the BBB and Rip off Report not only don't have any jurisdiction they are trying to sell you a membership. The have no where for positive comments on their sites from satisfied customers and have been turned ino the bathroom wall. Everyone wants clicks and this is what people that are actually doing due diligence have to keep in mind....How do I know this? :)

Old News-Welcome to the internet----

05/03/2008 08:10 PM by mombo54

I know that can;t be you callng someone old Mombo...Rumour, or your blog, sound slike you created the internet....Thanks

05/04/2008 04:07 PM by CyberSoulja

I appreciate the response soulja. You are exactly right. We know who this is and it is an annoying, albeit impressive, stunt. We really hoped we would get some better response and cooperation from the BBB and Rip Off but the fact is the reps that answer the phones are poorly prepared to deal with these sincere sounding past clients, most of which are not even real people or businesses. It is a simple sabotage method to create bad press for competitors in an unobvious way. Look up any lead provider or appointment setting search. then search that compan on Google. It won't take too long and the next thing you know you are reading how they are a bogus company, poor products, worse service, etc....More time than not, nothing could be further from the truth. We don't like it but there is really nothing we can do it about it other than keep providing good services and customer support. Thanks for being aware.

05/05/2008 10:05 AM by Chad

Bad news might spread faster than good news but time has a way of bringing  the truth to the surface...Just keep doing what you have been and you guys will keep gettign my checks...

Thanks for your support!

You mentioned some banking info you have available. I know you can get names of people over 62 and names of home owners. I want to know if you can also add the amount of equity in the home? I am looking in CT.

05/06/2008 08:39 AM by Perry Sassnet

Perry,

Not so sure about that. As you are aware the market has been in turmoil. Before we do any LTV% search we need to find out an accurate real time value of the property itself. As a rule of thumb we can use www.zillow.com or www.cyberhomes.com to get a quick ball park estimate. You can always call and we can discuss off line....There is also some general data info on the website.

Just signed the one I neeeded....Tell Rathje Thanks. I know that came from Julie on his team...

05/08/2008 02:10 PM by PB and J

Good to hear Paulie. I know you guys took a little while to get going. The key thing is persistence. You can't try a bronze package one time and really get a good tast of what we do. The methodology won't change but it you get more names and more hours. The longer we go fishing the greater the chances of catching something.

05/13/2008 04:21 PM by Chad

Chad I think we are going to go ahead with the preferred data you were talking about. Is there any guarantee on the LTV%?

05/15/2008 04:16 PM by Stevie V.

THE CRM MIX UP IS FIXED. YOU SHOULD ALL BE SEEING THE CORRECT NUMBERS, NAMES AND ADDRESSES. IF YOU ARE NOT SEEING THESE ON YOUR CAMPAIGN RESULTS PLEASE CALL ME....mOST OF THESE SEEM TO BE FUNCTIONING NOW...

05/19/2008 02:54 PM by Chad

Mine is working now

05/19/2008 03:11 PM by PB and J

Chad,

I listened to the CD that you sent me...Very compelling. I do believe the industry is going in this direction. the seniors have the cash and most of it is tied up in their homes. In an economy that is driven on spending it only makes sense to use these assets to fund whatever....I will call later this week...Stuck in JFK...I called the 847-656-3590 and it said Ashton Danbury but I couldn't get connected to your line...What is your direct number?

05/20/2008 05:51 PM by Darly Snitker, RMA

Chad I did get the data. does it always come in CSV format?

05/22/2008 09:44 AM by Stevie V.

Stevie and the rest,

First, Sorry about being late. I had a million phone calls after the long weekend. Yes, the data comes in CSV format. The dialer reads CSV so in reality it is giving a disposition to name i.e. name, address, phone number, etc...We do some campaigns that are manually dialed. This taked longer and is more expensive because of the time involved. In some situations I think the manual dialed calls is even a preferred method.  If this is a few thousand names we are probably going to want to make sure we can get this into CSV. If you have any questions call and ask for Eric in our data department.

The weekend was great and we are closing strong in May. We have just started a new campaign that I think will be a competitor to the employee benefit and reverse mortgage campaigns. I will say more later but there might be markets you guys shoudl be looking into. More later for sure..Conference callI have to go.

If any of you have invoices pending make sure you have all funds in by C.O.B the 31st.  You can always call if you need an extension on the invoice.....847-656-3589.

Thanks,

i still think crm is having issues....maybe it is me but the warm is only showing 100 at a time? call me when you get a minute

05/27/2008 05:09 PM by CyberSoulja

A few of you have already called in. Yes, we are down right now. We have email operating but the site and the CRM are down. This should be temporary. It is a server issue and we are working on right now. I am told we will be back up by lunch time.

Sorry for any issues this may have caused.
