Although the stats are showing prices are lower than last year at the same time, don’t be dismayed. These numbers show the lower priced homes that were listed and sold in Armour Hills at this time. Prices will rise as homes continue to sell in the next several months. Also, there are fewer homes on the market for buyers to purchase, which is why less units are selling. Believe me, the demand is there for Armour Hills/Brookside homes priced at $300K or less. As of this posting, there is one home for sale in Armour Hills, priced at $299,000.
