Aliana Master Planned Community Finally Getting HEB Grocery Store
Hello Alaina neighbors, it's finally official: you are getting an HEB Grocery Store soon. After years and years of promises and stories by new home salesmen in the community it is coming. I assure you the sale people circulating rumors didn't make it happen, even though they like to take credit for it. HEB and other grocery chains are under competitive expansion goals over the next few years to meet growth and demand across the state.
HEB purchased 15 acres at the Grand Parkway (Highway 99) and Harlem Road. Construction has started on a 102,000 sf store scheduled for completion in the 3rd quarter of 2016.
Aliana is a master planned community located in the City of Richmond in Fort Bend County that spans 2,000 acres in Richmond and will have more than 4,200 homes. Harvest Green is a new master planned community by Johnson Development also underway in the area. The area is experiencing healthy commercial development and growth with Gallery Furniture, Santikos Movie Theater, and a variety of small businesses establish themselves in the market.
As the Grand Parkway continues to extend and complete the loop around the Greater Houston area it will connect and open corridors of commercial and residential development opportunities.
