JACKSON COUNTY, Ore. -- The demand for homes in Jackson County is up and so are the prices. 
The real estate numbers for 2015 have been released and they show the overall median values up for the area. It was an 8.2% increase from 2014 to 2015 for existing home sales, and a 19.1% increase for new home sales.
Real estate agents are calling it a 'seller's market.' However, the Rogue Valley inventory of homes is at an all-time low. The best proposed solution is more construction. The Rogue Valley Association of Realtors predicts that if construction can keep up, the next three years will continue to bring an increase in home sales and their prices.
