What Does Commitment Look Like?

Education & Training with TEAM Hughes Real Estate School REI#ZH1003093

TEAM Hughes started a broker class last week with nine agents.  What does commitment look like?  Commitment takes all shapes and forms throughout our lives, and in this instance, it’s running deep.  We have the agent licensed a little over a year, but who has a thirst for knowledge even though he knows he’ll wait a long time before he can go for his license.  We have the young husband who works at a restaurant during the day and hustles over to the class as soon as he gets out of work.  We also have a mother of multiple children, a wife, several more husbands, and then the young man who wants this because he has an eye toward his future.  Every one of these students works real estate full time.  What does commitment look like?  In this case it looks like a strong desire to validate their careers, their education, and their knowledge.

Taking a broker class always has been and always will be even more difficult than taking a pre license course to start your career.  The depth of knowledge that is required to achieve a broker license is deep, and no matter how much experience an agent has, he or she will surely meet several unknown factors during the course.  What does commitment look like?  Commitment to the broker course looks like a willingness to invest in one’s self, a desire to make a difference in their practice of real estate, and an unwavering determination to reach a goal not everyone can attain.  Kudos to this class – they are amazing, and I respect them greatly!

What does commitment look like in your life?  We all have a certain amount of commitments in our lives, but I’m talking about a commitment to personal goals.  I’m talking about something you cannot share with your family, a commitment that only you can make to yourself.  I speak with many people who have thought about practicing real estate, but who have never taken that first step.  If you were to speak to any one of the broker class students, you would find each one of them had been where you are today.  You must take the first step!

What does commitment look like?  It looks like the person who jumps in determined to be a success in this industry.  Take the first step.  Sign up for the 63-Hour Pre License course required by the State of Florida, and I’ll make a commitment to you.  I’ll walk you through it, I’ll be there for you, and I’ll help you achieve your goals!  Contact me today if a real estate license is in your future!  http://www.teamhughesrealestateschool.com
