Five homes in the Hollywood Heights / Santa Monica Neighborhood of Dallas will be on tour Saturday and Sunday from noon until 5:00 PM, during the 25th Annual Hollywood / Santa Monica Home Tour. This event benefits Lumin Lindsley Park Community School, Eduardo Mata Elementary School, and Long Middle School.
Designated as a Conservation District in 1989, this neighborhood has retained its original charm. The gently rolling hills and tree lined streets are the perfect backdrop for a variety of architectural styles including Tudor Cottage, Minimal Traditional, Monterrey, Craftsman, Pueblo Revival, Spanish Eclectic and French Eclectic.
The Hollywood / Santa Monica Neighborhood is borderd by the Santa Fe Trail on the north and west; East Grand on the east; and Valencia/Sarasota on the south.
