Roland Bahbout
Thanks for stopping by and taking time out of your day to read my post. My intent is to put a smile on your face. Hopefully you’ll go away with some information you may have forgotten about or did not know. Now sit back and enjoy.
Roland was born in Cairo, Egypt back in 1945. His family moved to France changing their surname to Moreno. He attended Montaigne and Condorcet schools in Paris. He dropped out early and according to him he was “self-taught” for the rest of his life. Early in his career he worked as a reporter for Detective Magazine and a runner for L’Express new magazine. From 1970-1972 he was an editor at Chimie-Actualities a chemistry magazine in France.
In an interview he described himself as jealous, spendthrift and a total couch potato. He also stated he was absent-minded. However, while sleeping he came up with an idea that made him very wealthy. Can you tell me what that dream resulted in him inventing this thing we all use every day? Well, well, well let me tell you that this person with limited education and a powerful imagination came up with the concept of the smart chip. That’s right the inventor of the smart chip was Roland Moreno. In 2005 he received from royalties around $192,000,000.00 alone. Not bad not bad at all don’t you think?
