GRANADA HILLS CA HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR MAY 2016

 

47 homes were sold in May. The Minimum Listing Price $389,950, Selling Price $370,000, house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,124 square feet home, and 6,180 sq ft lot.

 Maximum Listing Price $854,900, Selling Price $884,900 with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2,962 sq ft home, 22,427 sq ft lot, and 101 days on the market.

 Average Listing Price $596,627,  Selling Price $596,445 with 4 bedrooms, 2.34 baths, 2,962 sq ft home, 12,247 sq ft lot and 35 days on the market.  

9 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K, 18 on the 500K to 600K range, and on the 600K to 700K. From all the sales 1 home was on short sale, 1 bank owned home aka reo and 1 home was on probate, and the rest were standard sales.

 

MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE

 Conventional loan 30 year fixed it's at 3.750%, with a 5% down payment for purchases with private mortgage insurance included. Fha loans rate is at 3.5% fixed for 30 years and requires a 3.5% of the purchas price as down payment.

 There is a Veterans mortgage loan which is a 100% and doesn't have private mortgage insurance.
