The Most Expensive Home sold in Arizona last week - 5/3/16

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Zion Realty

The most expensive home that sold in Arizona last week is a lavish 7,100 square foot contemporary masterpiece in Paradise Valley. The interior is bathed in elegance and exudes sophistication. Elevated ceilings with designer crown mouldings and crolled archways greet you in every room. The contrast between light and bright colors with dark wood cabinets, doors, and floors play well together. Adding to the high-class amenities of this property is the walk-up bar made of Onyx stone, wine room, and spa-like Master Bathroom retreat which has its own private walk-out courtyard. One wall of the main living room completely opens up to an extensive outdoor covered patio for an outside dining experience guests won't soon forget.

The exterior of this magnificent residence matches the interior. Situated on over an acre with incredible views of the Echo Canyon side of Camelback Mountain the new owners will never get tired of taking extended strolls around their property. Professionally and tastefully designed to incorporate natural desert plants and greenery the front yard and back yard are vibrant botanical scenes. The sparkling L-shaped pool and separate pergola covered entertainment area will both provide a reprieve from the harsh Summer temperatures and an 800 square foot guest house will be the delight of any family or friends who pay this property a visit. An all cash deal got this home wrapped up after being on the market for only six short months. Click on the picture below for the full MLS listing:

Nicole this house is more like a resort, and the master bath is very unusual opening up to the backyard through those glass double doors.

Noah - It's fun to do every week.

Kat - We do like to cook in this family. That stove would be put to good use!

Nina - It's interesting to see what your dollar gets you in different places.

Dick - It's very clean and elogant. Not overdone but you definitely know you're living in a luxury home.

VB - I think I could live in this one. These homes are usually a little too fancy for my taste but this is on my level.

George - That master bath courtyard is pretty cool in my opinion. Others might have a privacy issue but it's walled off and secluded.

Lou - Paradise Valley is known for it's luxury properties. When you're there you definitely know you're among some pretty elite neighbors.

That is one gorgeous property.  So many of these luxury homes you feature are photographed at twilight.  I like the fact this was photographed in daylight.  It's light and bright.
