The South Forsyth real estate market is very competitive so making it easy for buyers to see your home will definitely help you get it sold faster.  Every deterrent (no lock box, appointment required, etc…) reduces the number of opportunities for a buyer to see your home.

 

TRUTH #1 - Make it EASY to show your home! If you make it too difficult many agents will just stop trying.

When you know a showing is scheduled, you can put some last minute touches on your property and spot clean for maximum impact before the buyers arrive. This extra effort can make your home more inviting and appealing, get it sold more quickly and at a better price.
