President of Pasco-Hernando State College Inaugurated
"Defeating the Odds... Achieving the Dream"
that was the theme of the Inauguration of the new President of Pasco-Hernando State College today.
Dr. Timothy L. Beard, Ph.D., CRS, BMC, outlined his goals and vision in an eloquent acceptance speech after having been honored by several guest speakers that included business people, a State Senator, a a fellow State College President of another Florida State College, faculty members, as well as a student representative.
Pasco-Hernando State College combines high-tech educational facilities and state-of-the-art programs with a focus on teaching for student success. There are five campusses available for students in Brooksville, Dade City, New Port Richey, Wesley Chapel and Spring Hill, Florida. The college offers educational opportunities from career training and certification, Associate in Arts as well as Associate in Science degrees, and a Bachelor's degree.
Pasco-Hernando State College offers fantastic educational opportunities to students either as they are graduating from our local High Schools as well as adult students seeking higher education.
