I am having the best day because...

With all of the negative turmoil that is created by the media and others we need to guard our thoughts more than ever.  Since hearing the following quote I have tried to apply it more in my life.

Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year.

You have the power to make your days what ever you want.  Yes it is hard sometimes and yes we all fall at some point.  But if we continually have the right frame of mind we will be able to accomplish our dreams and desires.
