The Culver City, CA 90230 April Closed Sales Statistics are very interesting. As you look at the comparison there appears to be an increase in the number of sales. Clearly most of you have heard Realtors lamenting about the lack of inventory as well as the fewer sales. Clearly there seems to be an improvement in these numbers.

Aloha Endre, six more homes sold than the previous year is indeed an increase, however, is it enough to offset inventory declines immediately surrounding the neighborhood or is this neighborhood just lucky statistically speaking.
