What are your thoughts on the use of directional arrows?  What I tend to see is a arrow either pointing at the sky or at the ground.  You tend to see 5 arrows on a corner and just maybe 1 is set out perfect.  I have found them to be quite helpful if you have a rural property that is hard to find, on the other hand if we have good directions in the mls you can find your location you are looking for.  Have a great day.

Since I believe open houses are the biggest waste of time for realtors so are open house arrows.

But if your going to do an open house the correct palcement of arrows will get people to the home. In our area there was the use of home for sale signs but slowly but surely most communities are banning them with their sign laws.
