Action

I once heard that any business owner learns more in six months of working on their business than a MBA Graduate learns in their entire school program. 

An ounce of action is worth a ton of theory.

I am a strong believer in education, but the truth is education on the streets is far more powerful and valuable then what you will learn in a class or books.  Now don't get me wrong... I love to read books because it fuels my passion for the streets.

So I want you to give yourself a pat on the back if you are building a business because it is worth a ton more than standing on the side lines wishing or being too afraid to begin.

I totally agree, you will learn more from the streets than in any class room. I urge my realtors to get as much continuing education as possable. GRI is a great program and teaches a lot of street information. But you only use a small percent of the information taught to you in the classroom in our business.
