Fargo Moorhead Real Estate is Booming

After our winter weather which touched down on Saturday, April 28th with one to two feet of snow, it is still sitting around, which makes me think we are in Alaska or some Canadian horror film.  But its melting and good to see it again.

The Real Estate Market is hot, and I mean smoking hot.  Home sales are certainly not affected by the national media as they seem to be downplaying things around the country as I assume some areas are strongly affected by the market, but we are not in the gloom and doom days as we are in the upity up.

Home sales from the price range of $140-$165 are the hottest trend and following that are the home sales slightly higher.  First Time Homebuyers are a little scarce but the Parade of Homes brought a number of things to Fargo Moorhead Sunday.  Buyers, Buyers, Buyers and traffic that would scare a California Real Estate Agent.  One home recorded 700 to 1000 people on Sunday looking at homes.  If there are that many people looking, tell the media we are in a bad market, or to come up here and do a story on Sunday for the 2nd Parade of homes.

As far as the winter weather, well if that slowed things up a bit, I can't wait to see Sunday!  Thats the news from the Frozen Tundra, and there will be more reports coming so keep in tuned!
