I thought this would be a very interesting thread beging that Realtors drive almost everything from pick-up trucks to BMW & Cadillacs...

I myself have currently two vehicles, an older Ford Explorer that does my work needs with hauling signs and other supplies for real estate as well as the children and then I have my BMW 3 Series sedan for showing properties with clients.  Up until this spring I had a convertible for summer showings.  I always had great fortunes with showing clients around our resort town with the top down, so they can get the true affect of what it will be like when they purchase a place and are walking around if not on a Vespa / scooter...

I almost purchased a GEM (all electric) car a few years back. They are open sided and look like a larger styled gof cart and can be allowed on roads up to 45MPH.  Perfect for grabbing attention while showing homes to clients as well as having a clear view of where you are going for the clients...

Here is what one looks like...

So what do you drive???

Ryan, Cool idea for a post. I bought a Lexus LS430 about 18 months ago and LOVE IT!  Since it's a sedan type car, I can easily fit 5 people in! I splurged and got the model with built-in dual DVD players so that I can have movies playing for those families with children that I show around town.

Well, I'm not an agent, but as a stager I love my wagon!  It's a Subaru Impreza wagon and is not only a safe & reliable car to tote my son & our dog around, but great for those big shopping trips to Costco or if I'm picking up some furniture or have a small house to stage or de-stage.  I have a 15' box truck to use for the bigger houses, but my wagon helps save gas on the smaller jobs.  My dream cars are the Audi Q7 and the Audi S4 wagon...

I have an old Mitusbishi Montero for hauling around signs and stuff.  I have a Nissan Maxima to take folks around in.  The trunk is big enough fo signs if I need and the back seet has very ample leg room for guests.

Nice, I am kind of a car nut and like to know what others drive and why they drive them...

Deanna Uses a 2008 Yukon Denali I am jealous of her I love that car. It also serves the purpose of hauling around our 5 kids. My self I have an older Chevy Avalanche. Great car and I love the hauling capabilities.

I like the Smart car idea. The only problem in our area are the winters and several highways connecting the towns are over 45MPH. But cool concept.
