It Often is the Little Things in Life that Make us Smile.
This is the time of year for the little things.. little flowers, that is. Pastures, lake lots, hillsides, and yards for that matter if you're not really quick to mow. These little blue flowers are Periwinkle, an evergreen vine that provides good ground cover, especially around the trunks of trees and other areas that would benefit from a low growing ground cover.
I'm not sure what the little pink varigated wild flowers are.. they are tiny but oh so pretty! 
Idabel and McCurtain County are blooming.. not only in the groomed and tended flower beds but the hills are alive with color and beauty!
