Hanging Baskets Add Color To Spring Mornings - These petunias are called "Pretty Much Picaso" and we have 4 huge baskets of them hanging on the front porch. Thanks to Arai Nursery for their great local nursery and fair prices.

Morning Noah, another gorgeous day to savor. :)
Those are very pretty. I actually went to the garden center yesterday and purchased some blooms. Haven't planted them yet since the low is 39 tonight, but maybe by the weekend!!!

Soon, Belinda. Soon. :) You have to be patient in Colorado huh? One of the things I love about these petunias is that they really attract butterflies and hummingbirds. The colors are really vibrant - the photo, as usual, doesn't do them justice. D
Beautiful Debb, we use to have lots of baskets hanging from the eaves of our overhang in LA. It adds to the magic. A

I will try to get a shot of the entire porch - it's quite charming. D
Good morning, Debb and Bernie -- it's nice to be able to support reasonably priced and quality local businesses. A pretty photo and a nice shout out to Arai Nursery.

Hi Debb - I really like petunias and those are very pretty ones. We rarely have them in our planters, since the supreme flower czar is a petunia bigot.

Dick Greenberg I am a former "petunia bigot," but this is a southern exposure porch and many flowers can't handle the extreme heat and exposure - wind, sun, etc. These stand up to the conditions and thrive - that's why they made the cut. Ha
Thanks for sharing such beautiful pictures, Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD - I just love this time of the year when all the spring flowers and plants are in bloom!

Debb, these are beautiful, and sure they really make your front porch POP! We have yet to be able to plant, still a bit too cool.
Debb, purple is my favorite color and I love your photo. Your porch must look gorgeous!
Thanks guys. I love to see your smiling faces and appreciate your comments. I'll try to get a photo of the full-effect. These baskets are lovely. D
Hi Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD , I have never heard of those flowers, but I can see where they get their name.
