Today is one of those days when I'm going 60 miles an hour all day long.
And it's a productive day, but right now I'm just sitting in front of my computer, twiddling my thumbs (that's right.. twiddling them digits), cause I have all of my irons in the fire, and am waiting for 'others' to respond.
Two inquiries out to attorneys, waiting on an answer.
One voicemail left for a loan officer, wondering about a closing date.
A couple of voicemails out to agents waiting on showings, waiting on an earnest money check, waiting on results from a radon test... waiting, waiting, waiting.
Watchin' those wheels spin, with virtually no result. It's like watching that little hamster go 'round and 'round on that wheel. He's working hard, but gettin' nowhere... fast!
