In April 2016, there were 689 new listings that came on the market in Gilbert, AZ.  This is down over 2% from last month and is a decrease of 3% from April of last year. Of all of the homes that were on the market in Gilbert in April, 513 of them closed escrow. This is an decrease of 3.5% over April of 2015.
