From January 1st, 2016 to date, there have been 636 single family home building permits pulled (Washington County Utah only). 5 new construction homes are showing in progress on the Washington County, UT MLS.
Condo / Townhome sales are trending upward from 75 sold in March to 92 in April 2016. Bank owned properties are active at 8. Short sales at 6.
