Sellers are upgrading bathrooms and kitchens, adding a fresh coat of paint, replacing the shag
carpets. Granted, not all of these things are necessary, and there are some simple things that
you can and should be doing right now to make sure you’ll get the highest price in the least
amount of time.

This week in Northridge we saw 6 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from
$390,000 - $1,075,000; for an average of $719,833. Homes were built between 1951 and 1979.
They range in size from 1576sf - 3461sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 7 and
144 days, with an average selling time of 52 days.
