Clearly you're cute, witty, and socially presentable.

Me, too.

So how ‘bout it? Let's get together!

I'm talking about sharing a Motivation-tini, and it's totally on me. Never had one? It's delish!

It's got some side effects. It causes feelings of excitement. Sometimes it makes people do things they never thought of doing. It gets the juices flowing, and makes you want to splurge on flowers.

Okay, let's get real. I can't give you a Motivation-tini.

But I can give you a Teeny-Motivation.

A push in the right direction.... Inspiration for the uninspired... A Vision...

Michelle - after a couple of martini's, the house will look like the 3rd pic:-)

Amazing, Michelle!  I'd feel right at home in that 3rd house!

Sean -Thanks!

Peter- Yeah, well, it would take me more than a couple to get to that third pic!

Mary, Thanks! Yes, it is a tad bit more appealing!

Thanks Vicky! I see curb-appeal dilemmas with even upper-end houses. Some folks just need a little help to see what they've got and how to showcase their property to it's best advantage!

Michelle - very interesting.  I would assume that a "transition" like this couldn't be posted on the MLS - where do you normally find that these types of transformations are used?  Do you put them on the flyer and say "Artist Rendition of Completed Home"?

Hi Penny,

Well, no one has ever asked me that! I have seen many mock-ups, similar to what we do, used to show how new construction houses can be individualized, on both websites and in brochure format.

Curb Appeal has MASSIVE influence on whether a buyer will even consider a walk-thru. According to the 2006 Maritz research poll, 58% of buyers only actually walk into ONLY 10 homes before making their final buying decision. With everyone coveting their time so much these days, the exterior appearance of a home is a pivotal factor. The internet is where buyers are doing virtual drive-bys, and that house better look good.

The mock-up as we have used here is useful as a tool to motivate a seller to prepare their home for sale, which, in turn, motivates a buyer to make their move on the property. It can be used by Realtors and Stagers, to assist and inspire the homeowner to visualize their property aspected in it's best light, attracting buyers and offers.

As you see here, even a sow's ear can become a silken purse, with a bit of forethought and a plan. We do the thinking, and we give you a plan. Execution of that plan goes very smoothly when people have a visual to work from.

And we don't just do sow's ears. We have helped dozens of new construction buyers see beyond their dirt lawns to bring life and luxury to the appearance of their new homes. Landscaping is more than grass and flowers. It says "This is a gracious home, and we are gracious people!"

If you would like to see what we can do for your new construction projects, just ask. We will be happy to assist.

Thats awesome. I've flipped a few houses myself and love to take before and after pics. It is such a good feeling to make something so ugly into a gorgeous showplace. Good Job!!!

I like the concept of a "movitation" tini!  Thanks for sharing.

Great job....this is a wonderful way to help sellers and agents who don't have a lot of ability to visualize.
