The current inventory level for South Riding decreased to 45 active listings. With 5 new listings and 14 homes which went under contract last week last week. 4 homes sold and went to record with average days on the market of 7 and average net sales price of  97.1%. Looking back over the past 5 weeks which had sold homes the average net to list price has been 97.1%, 98.5%, 98.9%, 98.4%, & 97.8% for an average of  98.1%.  Click HERE for entire post...
