I'll keep this one very brief. I see some agent web sites with stock tickers. I understand what agents are doing with them but I think the work of adding one and the affect it may have on the site may work against the agent. My opinion is to leave the tickers off, especially if the ticker serves as a link away from the agent site. It is typically not relevant to the site and can deter traffic.

The only reason I can think of for using one is if the agent writes a piece about a community or builder and wants to provide more specific information regarding their stability and finances. Otherwise, leave the tickers for the lenders and financial industry.

You are absolutely right! I did not think about it... I use to have, on my website, stock thickers and other marketing and financial tickers. After a while I took them down. I am glad I did.

Arina: Cool. I hope your site is going well for you.
