We just had the same thing happen here as of February we have to fill out a form for buyers, sellers and just a general one that we have to bring up at a listing appointment. Very frustrating!

I got my from there for our team in Arizona and have been using them to market for Short Sales and also use the Entire Checklist and Packet to submit a full file to the banks. Your work entitled SSF-008, Short Sale Forms and which appears on your web site at http://reoagentsource.com/realtystore/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2:e69cb0dec6e16778f4c83cdbac368f23 is essentially identical to the Work and clearly used the Work as its basis.
You neither asked for nor received permission to use the Work as the basis for SSF-008, Short Sale Forms nor to make or distribute copies of it. Therefore, I believe you have willfully infringed my rights under 17 USC Section 101, et seq. and violated federal copyright law.
