OK, now it's day 4 of my posts showing what's available in Edmond, Oklahoma for different price points. The past 3 days have shown us what $100,000, $200,000, and $300,000 will buy in Edmond. Today, I find myself with only six homes in the price range; all beautiful homes with fantastic features. They range in year built from 1991 to 2007 new construction. The average size is 3440 square feet and the average sold price per square foot is $118.59. The average Days on Market is 109, and these homes sold an average of 98.57% of their list price. In my opinion, these are all positive indicators of our current market in Edmond.
