Price is important, but when you are able to create value people are more inclined to PAY more for what could be perceived as better.
The following home was witdrawn from the market for lack of activity and upon looking at the marketing photos and set up of the furniture. I opted for staging every section of the home to show the floorplan better and the overall results are amazing.
