Debe, These are beautiful homes, so I'm not surprised they sold, but to do it so quickly in this market takes a lot of effort on the part of the listing agent.  I just spent 8 hours on marketing this weekend after obtaining a listing.  It's not as simple as taking a photo and putting it on MLS any more.  Kudos to you.  I know you are very proactive in marketing your listings as well.

 Gail:  Thank you!  I do work extrememly hard for both my Buyers and Sellers!  To me, it's quite easy to listen carefully to Buyer's needs and find them their dream home but, listing takes alot more toll on me:  I spend countless hours on marketing and communicating to sell a home and I think I lose more sleep over one that's not sold than my Sellers!  And, YES, the homes in this neighborhood are gorgeous and do sell quickly if they are marketed correctly (by me, of course!)

That is quite a track record you're building in the development. Houses are still selling -- priced right of course.

Don:  The market is doing fairly well here--nothing like alot of the country (at least what we're hearing in the media)!  And, thanks!

Now that, ladies and gentlemen, is a true pro at work.  She goes on vacation and still manages to sell the living daylights out of Charlotte real estate.  :)

Well, thanks Jesse!  One of the homes above DID sell while I was on vacation and it's been CRAZY trying to play catch-up!  I'm not complaining, though!  After 4 years of no more than 4 consecutive days for vacation, I took a nice long one and am rested up for another 4 years!!

Just remember, all work and no play isn't good for you.  A little break every now and again helps to clear the mind and restore the soul... Kathy says I already have a blank clear mind but the restored soul thing I'm still working on.

Jesse:  You ARE back and in good form!  Glad to see YOU back and with that CLEAR mind!  I'm afraid that my 'play' has kept me working double-time since I returned!  Vacations ARE bittersweet, aren't they?!
