Debe, These are beautiful homes, so I'm not surprised they sold, but to do it so quickly in this market takes a lot of effort on the part of the listing agent. I just spent 8 hours on marketing this weekend after obtaining a listing. It's not as simple as taking a photo and putting it on MLS any more. Kudos to you.
