On first look at these charts and comparing these with last month one might think the condo market in River North is churning smoothly. It looks like as condos are sold new ones come to the market. However, 69% of the condos that were available last month are still on the market and 29% of those that are under contract were not on the market when we last reported. That 29% represents serious sellers. They made sure their home would market well, the homes are clean, decluttered to make the rooms look huge, the pictures are bright, the images and furniture placement show off the homes best features, and they were priced right.The median sales price for condos in River North was $435,000.

As for the townhomes and single family homes in River North there wasn't much change since these numbers were reported. However, the townhomes that were available are now under contract. The only change in the single family homes is a canceled listing. It had been on the market for 236 days. The other single family home has a market time of 199 days.
