NV, Las Vegas: Check Out What's Happening with the R.E. Maket

vegas Total inventory is WAY down over November 2007 by almost 5,000 listings! Closings are climbing as the market in Vegas starts a turn around. Check the number of closings since April 1, 2008 compared to the month of December 2007! According to these stats things are looking positive!

Short Sales and Foreclosures still abound...but when checking the MLS things are a lot more positive than I had thought. Only a little over 50% of homes for sale are in some form of repossession.

As the sun shines down on Las Vegas and the days warm up there is certainly no better time for buyers to make their move here! It is definitely a buyers market. And priced correctly it's still a perfect time for homeowners to think about selling.
