Virginia Realtor Robbed at Gunpoint

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Distinctive / LIC in VA

Just another reminder that agents can never let their guards down, and need to always review and keep their safety procedures in mind and follow them.

This could have turned out much worse for the agent, so in a way she is lucky. She went home this time!

Thanks for the reminder Jeff.  A agent in our area almost had the same thing happen a couple of weeks ago.

Perfect example why agents should not be too eager to go show a home without asking a lot of questions and pre-qualifying the fake buyer.

Obviously, some consumers think that all agent make lots of money...

It is a dangerous world out there and bound to get more so in the years ahead. Trust your instincts and follow the security guidelines of your office and/or our industry.
