Nestled high up against the mountain range to the west, and the Las Vegas Strip to the east, Regency in Summerlin redefines active adult living. One floor plan is nicer than the next, and there is something about being so close to the mountains that draws me in. Floor plans range from 1600sq. ft - 2400 sq.ft and prices start in the $400K's.
